My name is Tom Oram, I have worked for SCL Internet as a developer as well maintaining Linux servers for over 10 years. 90% of the coding I have done at SCL has been in PHP, often coding full applications from scratch as well as working within common platforms/frameworks.

Before coming to SCL and working with PHP I used to code in C++ a lot so when I came to PHP I wanted to write OOP code straight away, at the time PHP wasn’t too great in this department but it has grown better with time.
